What's included in the free trial?
Full access to all features for 14 days. No credit card required to start. Upload your client list, run a health check, and contact your first clients.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual plans at any time from the Billing page in your settings.
Is there a per-client charge?
No. Pricing is per broker, not per client. Upload as many clients as you need.
What about SMS and WhatsApp costs?
SMS and WhatsApp messages are charged per-message from your pre-paid messaging wallet. Rates vary by country and carrier (e.g., SMS AU ~$0.15/msg, WhatsApp ~$0.20/msg). Email and manual call logging are included free in all plans.
How does the messaging wallet work?
Top up your brokerage wallet with pre-paid credits. Each SMS or WhatsApp message deducts from your balance. Set auto top-up thresholds so your campaigns never stall. Full transaction history and usage analytics are included.
Do you offer brokerage pricing?
Yes. Brokerages with 5+ brokers can contact us for volume pricing. Each broker gets their own account with shared brokerage analytics.
